Job Description

 Developing and managing an efficient distribution network as per distribution strategy 

 Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned channel

 Forecasting the Business and plan.

 Responsible for range placement and display execution for assigned channel.

 Should be able to bridge between customer and company

 Experience in Handling BTL activities and Customer Promotion.

 Good Communication and presentable personality

The role will encompass the following:

 To develop effective distribution to achieve primary secondary sales in Assigned area

 Delivers on Financial targets/ budget/ Price/ Profitability

 BTL activities and implement programs for Dealers/ Retailers

 Develop business relationship with Distributors and customers

 Company schemes to be implemented to ensure the growth
