Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities : • Understand the target audience's learning requirements • Coordinate with faculty to create best in class learning material - videos, reading material, assignments • Schedule sessions on YouTube and LMS. • Track the quality metrics and monitor the user feedback • Analyse and take part at Improving Customer LifeTime Values (LTVs), Customer Churn Management initiatives • Manage various program trackers to ensure the program is running well • Support faculty to ensure that participant's learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained • Manage every course launch on the video learning platform • Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management Requirement: • Have a strong analytical bent of mind • Excellent knowledge of Excel and any productivity tools • Take end to end ownership of projects with minimal supervision • Strong drive for experimentation and inclination to question assumptions • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes • Curriculum planning skills are a plus.
