Purpose of the Role: To support COO in driving various initiatives in distribution support through project management and monitoring that will include driving business analytics and automation of statutory reporting

amongst various other items. 

The objective is to improve the overall manpower efficiencies and process effectiveness in Operations, Claims and Underwriting functions.

Main Responsibility Key Result Area

1. Supporting COO with Business Analytics & Intelligence and providing timely

analytics with key actionable in line with strategy Analytics

2. Monitor Ratios for Business units, channels, Lines and identify red flags &

corrective action. Implement actions and close loop by follow up in subsequent

months.

3. Identify & streamline business processes by way of reengineering, automation &

poka yoke. Streamlining the process

4. Monitor profitability metrics & provide corresponding analytics

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

Education : Enineering background preferred - B.Tech (E&EE),• MBA (Finance & Strategy)

Experience 10 to 12 years of experience in similar profile, preferably in BFSI industry
