Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic Senior Manager – B2C Sales, who would be the
liaison between our company, and its current and potential customers, working
towards effectively generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for
managing a team that works to close B2C sales over phone/chat/email and to
maintain good customer relationships.
Your team’s roles, some of which you would supervise, and the rest you would be
expected to perform yourself are listed below.
Develop/Manage Sales/Upselling/Cross-Selling Scripts and Train the team on
these
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using
scripts, and selling appropriate products to address their pain-points
Manage the CRM and all outward Sales communications from the team
Upsell products and services to existing customers
Handle inbound/outbound Sales conversations through
phone/chat/email/WhatsApp
Provide product and service information to customers
Document all call information according to standard operating processes (and
ensure that all team members adhere to the established processes)
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (both individual and team)
Manage customer expectations and provide necessary feedback to the
Product and Marketing teams to help improve the product and the outward
communications
Other duties as assigned
NOTE: You could be expected to work on Saturdays/Sundays in lieu of one
weekly off. In normal circumstances, yours would be a 6-day week, with your
weekly off on Sundays.
