Position Summary:

The Curriculum Research Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end design, development and delivery of a high quality experience for students, adhering to unique Peer Collaboration pedagogy that builds upon Prof. Mazur’s groundbreaking work on Peer Instruction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Curriculum Research

○ Familiarize with exam patterns, types of questions, trends of all target exams like

JEE/NEET/CUET/KCET and other State-level exams

○ Analyze question repositories and learning resources for target exams

○ Use above to create blueprints which highlight important topics, question types and

explanation methods

● Curriculum Development

○ Prepare chapter-level teaching guides that can be used by teachers to plan classes

○ Train teachers on using teaching guides to create Teaching Lesson Plans

○ Pilot teaching guides in controlled settings as a part of the design process

● Curriculum Delivery

○ Periodic class observations to observe implementation of created curriculum resources to identify the gaps

○ Implement required changes in curriculum development accordingly

● Review newly created curriculum resources and provide feedback to respective teams

Requirements:

❖ Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree

❖ Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching or related academic roles

❖ Excellent command of English

❖ Product design experience is preferred
