 Candidate will responsible of configuring and install various MS Windows/Linux/VM/Citrix/Cloud –Azure/AWS servers and database  Candidate will be responsible to perform system maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations  Candidate has to monitor Server Infra performance and ensure system stability, availability and reliability.  Candidate shall provide Level-2\3 infra and application support to resolve/troubleshoot issues  Candidate is expected to work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the server environment  Candidate shall be Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution  Candidate is responsible for Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD configuration and troubleshooting
