  • Experience: 0-6 months

    Responsibilities

  • Keepfront desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens,forms, paper etc.)

  • Greetand welcome guests

  • Answerquestions and address complaints

  • Answerall incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

  • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them

  • Prepareoutgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

  • Check,sort and forward emails

  • Monitoroffice supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keepupdated records and files

  • Monitoroffice expenses and costs

  • Takeup other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Requirements

  • Provenexperience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

  • Familiaritywith office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

  • Knowledgeof office management and basic bookkeeping

  • Proficientin English (oral and written)

  • Excellentknowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strongcommunication and people skills

  • Goodorganizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Problem-solvingskills

  • Customerservice orientation

  • HighSchool diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus point.
