Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs, and developing training programs to address them
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop learning journeys in areas such as leadership development & skill Development
Provide guidance and counselling to employees on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting
Transforming employee performance through coaching, counselling, training, and skilling when necessary
Creating learning culture through communication strategies that align with company values
Developing training materials and providing training services to employees to ensure they are meeting Organisation/Leadership expectations
Will partner with Head- OD in dovetailing learning maps/journeys in line with our Talent Management framework
Developing and implementing a succession plan for key positions in the organization, including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them
Reviewing new technologies for training applications and recommending effective uses to leadership
