Purpose of this role:

Support to facilitate smooth functioning of the Retail Health Underwriting portfolio by Managing and Monitoring the activities in Retail Underwriting and Pre-policy.

1. Managing and Monitoring of day to day activities in Retail Underwriting- Error free underwriting with valid discrepancies and TAT.

Preparing and Review of MIS

2 Maintain Pre-Policy process within TAT & ensure that there are Diagnostic center’s empaneled as per requirements of Pan India branches - Quality improvement in

the process to cater to the Business needs

3 Trainings & effective communication with all departments and branches- Product & underwriting process knowledge to internal and external customers

4 System related activities -BRD preparation, Testing of Systems and Calculators.- Products to be available for sourcing though various channel sources.

5 ISO data workings & updation. Adhering to ISO process & regular data updation.

6 Managing the team Target completion within TAT and Team Empowerment

Education : Medical Professional (BAMS/BHMS /BDS)

Experience : Experience in insurance sector with skills in MS office
