Job Description

1. Energetically generating and driving enrolments

2. Revenue generation through quality calls being made on the leads on a daily basis

3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat and social media

4. Counselling and Lead Channel Management by counselling for the courses provided, leading to conversions

5. Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved

6. Responsible for end-to-end sales closure


• Bachelor’s Degree

• Overall 0-7 years of relevant work experience in Tele-Sales

• Experience in Online learning industry will be an added advantage

• Excellent spoken communication skills (English proficiency), along with being friendly and


• Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what Edvancer is

offering to its prospective learners and generate leads

• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times

• Should be comfortable working with targets
