Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a part of team, lead the corporate partnerships in India
Identify, grow and manage relationships with hiring partners from the IT-industry
Understand, communicate and market graduates and programme to potential employers and partners
Create and manage an effective pipeline of hiring activities (hackathons, internships)
that will result in student placement
Work closely with hiring partners to understand their needs in talent pool
Provide contribution for the content production and student support teams to raise
the quality of our courses
Set up, scout, onboard and develop partnership team
Lead the placement team to achieve key metrics such as alumni placement rate and
time to placement
Liaise with marketing, student delivery and content creation team to enhance student experience and increase satisfaction
Pool together data from companies, placements and students to draw trends to
create informed strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience of leading teams to high performance in student placement,
IT recruitment or product management
you have a product-based and data-driven mindset and approach
you easily set up and scale teams and processes
you possess outstanding problem-solving skills
your goal is to create value for our stakeholders
you have a thorough understanding of the student placement process and/or IT-
hiring
you are encouraged by challenges and prefer to have full autonomy of your work
experience in a startup will be a big advantage
