Job Description


  • Identifying scope for process improvement across the company's different functions by consulting with team heads
  • Designing SOPs and tracking implementation success of internal and external facing processes
  • Coordinating cross-functional coordination between different teams
  • Project planning and management of short-term projects as per business needs
  • Conducting market research and creating internal documents and dashboards to support management decision-making


  • Bachelor’s degree and above AND/OR startup work experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and perseverance
  • Comfort with ambiguity and volatility
  • Exemplary written, oral and visual communication skills
