Company is looking for a smart, passionate, and detail-oriented candidate to assist in an extensive assortment of Operations listing Academics & Learning Management, Service Delivery, Customer Service, Billing & Collections, Training & Quality Services.

It aims to improve the learning outcomes in the classrooms of K-12 schools in India. It is a CBSE oriented curriculum for schools for Pre-Primary and Primary Classes (upto 5th). Its unique and integrated offering of teacher training, student books, digital material, teaching resources and integrated assessment brings out the best in the teacher as well as the learner alike.
Key Purpose: To deliver Curriculum within the Schools, internal and external Teacher training/development programme, to provide inspiring, innovative and outstanding coaching and support, to develop and improve teaching, learning and assessment in the Schools
A) Trainer will be the face of company in the school therefore, the role requires high level of ownership, customer focus and commitment.
B) Requires extensive travel to schools within the assigned geography and sometime even outside the assigned territory.
C) Requires imparting training to the teachers, coaching & support to the school leaders and ongoing observation & coaching to the teachers on the Company implementation in the school.
D) To provide clarifications, suggestions and answers to Company's implementation related queries of the school and openly communicate issues & challenges in the schools with the Senior Trainer/Manager.
E) Needs to follow-up and collect all outstanding and renew school contracts every academic year.
F) Facilitating training workshops and seminars for Teachers and Parents. Developing modules for teacher’s training based on experiential learning,
G) Having fair understanding of teaching/ solutioning pre-primary/primary class.
H) On-ground academic support for the implementing the curriculum, Improving teacher’s skill basis experiential learning curriculum & training modules.
Past teaching experience (at least 3-5 years) preferably with exposure to experiential learning. Content writing experience would be an added advantage.
Degree in education/key subjects (Science, Mathematics, English, Social Science) is desirable,
Past experiences of Teacher training & coaching is desirable.
