Qualification :

1. Master's degree in instructional design or Journalism mass communication
2. Teaching or training background beneficial
3. Passion for learning and imagination
4. Understand the timelines to ensure delivery happens in line with client requirements
5. Open communication with the team, asking questions and communicating issues
6. Able to work in a fluid environment and accepting that deadlines and scope may change
7. Proven ability to gather information and write content at the appropriate depth and reading level
8. Research existing technology and educational concepts and methodologies to always remain at the top of your field
   

Key responsibilities:

• Perform ID tasks and Understand the project scope
• Schedule and manage an e - learning project Develop educational courses (WBT / CBT / ILT) using ISD
• Create ISMs (Instructional Strategy Matrix)
• Create ID guidelines & checklists
• Develop Story Boards for Prototypes/Pilots
• Perform Self Reviews
• Conduct Peer Reviews
• Coordinate with cross-functional production teams
• Conduct Integrated QC
• Ensure process adherence
• Adhere to project-related standards & guidelines
• Flag concerns related to quality, and schedule to Functional Lead
• Provide innovative and creative solutions by using new techniques and ideas.
• Specify learning outcomes and create instructional materials using the ADDIE model
