Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for creatively sourcing and interviewing candidates to match position requirements.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the position needs in order to present qualified, pre- screened candidates to match company requirements/qualifications.
  • Responsible for managing and ensuring strong performance on time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of candidates.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for critical and recurring roles .
  • Oversee internal and external talent attraction sites including job postings on company website, recruiting sites, Intranet, employment agencies, and job posting boards.
  • Conduct 1st round of interview to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
  • Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
  • Negotiate salary.
  • Point of contact for all Mass hiring/ bulk recruitment/ Walk-ins.

Essential Skillset:

  • Education Qualification: Post graduate/ graduate
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written are required.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes. Good exposure to end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Evaluate candidates for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
  • Experience in resume screening, salary negotiations, candidate follow-up, referral and background check.
  • Experience in sourcing through job portals, social networking sites, databases, referrals, personal contacts, etc.
  • Candidates must be expert in MS Office tools and usage of the Internet.
  • Good with Calendar Management.
