Roles & Responsibilities:
● Responsible for leadership hiring.
● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
● Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
● Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions, Head Hunting etc.
● Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future
opportunities.
● Communicate regularly with Stakeholders to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
● Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing
methodologies.
● Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
● Conducting recruitment drives.
● Successfully managing lateral hiring for Pan India all locations at Leadership Levels.
Desired Profile:
● Graduation and MBA from reputed college.
● Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
● Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
● Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
● 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
