Job Description

• Become an expert in classroom management techniques

• Deliver in-person (or virtual) training sessions to APS teachers/ Academic Coachessales team.

• Identify additional training needs and work with the Bryt training team to address these.

• Solicit feedback and input about the program directly from the teachers.

Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Required: 2+ years of experience in training (classroom & virtual)

• Desirable: 1+ year of teacher training experience

• Desirable: B.Ed degree or K-12 teaching experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, energetic, cheerful, can-do attitude, and results-oriented

• Passion for teaching/training

• Analytical & creative problem-solving skills

• Experience with productivity tools like Word, Excel, PPT etc.

• Passion for the K-12 education domain
