Consult with Business Analyst, Developers to evaluate business requirements, and deliver the report as per requirement.  Approx. 50% in team management, 50% as a SQL Developer.  Consult with developer to evaluate business requirements, and deliver the reports as per requirement.  Guiding team and enhancing their skills to achieve the common objective.  Effectively manage on-roll and vendor resources during the development & testing phase.  Manage IBM Infosphere application for CDC.  Creation of reports using SSRS. Experience: • 5 to 7 years’ total experience. • At least 3-4 years of experience in SQL Server as a Tech lead. • Must have managed 2-3 developers. • Should have prior work experience with functional user. • Should have strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS & SSRS. • Should have good knowledge of development of stored procedure, view, function and writing complex SQL queries.
