Job Summary :
As Transformation Delivery Lead at Company, you will work with teachers of company partners Schools and transform teaching & learning in these schools.
Your tasks would include training teachers, participating in classroom and
documenting progress and addressing queries and challenges faced by teachers. As a lead you will be managing the Schools in the assigned area with a team, includes responsibilities like mentoring your team, taking ownership of your team's schools.
As Transformation Delivery Lead, you will –
Understand in-depth, and articulate clearly, the Chrysalis Learning Transformation programme including key aspects of transformation and pedagogic theories
Work closely with teachers and other school stakeholders to empower them on progressive pedagogic techniques and bring about transformation in learning
Conduct formal training sessions for group of 30 to 40 teachers
Recommend and drive solutions that can transform classrooms into 21st Century
Huddle with your team time to time, monitor and evaluate the schools' transformation, provide best suggestions to the team for better transformation. Hand holding team members in Challenging situations at Schools.
Review the team's performance and update the happenings with Territory manager on a timely basis.
Essential knowledge and skills:
Strong interpersonal skills combined with a penchant to build strong rapport with schools
Ability to effectively communicate and inspire teachers to go the extra mile in increasing the quality of education in their classrooms
Ability to proactively clarify / question to infer the unsaid and identify the root-cause of challenges so as to provide effective solutions in quick time
Willingness to travel extensively
Additional Knowledge and Skills:
Qualification (UG/PG) in education
Hands on experience in teaching / teacher-training & Team management Our Ideal Candidate must have:
