About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Audit Expert to independently manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial records and ensure timely audits for group entities. The role requires a professional with a robust understanding of financial principles, audit processes, and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial results with interpretive comments and variance analysis against budgets and previous periods.
- Ensure accuracy in reporting, compliance with accounting principles (SFRS/IFRS/GAAP), and adherence to corporate finance policies.
Audit Management:
- Manage the timely closure of audits across all group entities.
- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements, sales reports, monthly provisions, and other essential reports.
Reconciliation and Operations:
- Complete customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations promptly.
- Plan cash flow and manage daily banking operations.
Risk Management:
- Implement and maintain internal control processes, risk management practices, and finance reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (1st attempt, 2018–2020 batch).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in audit closures within mid-sized or large organizations, and expertise in cross-border/multiple entity audits.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SFRS/IFRS/GAAP.
- Attributes: Process-driven, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and committed to achieving perfection.
