Must-Have Requirements:

Strong understanding of Flutter core concepts (widgets, state management, state management, navigation, async, performance).

​

Hands-on experience building and maintaining production apps.

​

Worked on at least one app with 100k+ downloads

​

Solid debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

​

Good to Have:

​

Successfully delivered one end-to-end project independently.

​

Knowledge of clean architecture and scalable code design.

​

Experience working in a start-up environment.

​

Interest or exposure to AI/ML-based features.
