Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead the brand’s customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels.
The role is ideal for someone who has led growth or marketing for lifestyle, apparel, or fashion D2C brands, understands consumer journeys, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a 360° growth strategy covering acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.
Build a strong performance marketing engine with measurable ROI on every campaign.
Lead a cross-functional marketing team and external agency partners.
Performance Marketing
Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer channels.
Optimize CAC and maximize ROAS through continuous experimentation.
Scale revenue via marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion) and D2C site.
Retention & CRM
Strengthen loyalty and repeat purchase programs using email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation.
Map consumer lifecycle stages and drive higher LTV.
Brand & Content
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to maintain a distinct brand voice and visual identity.
Drive storytelling that enhances consumer engagement and builds brand love.
Plan seasonal campaigns and influencer collaborations aligned with brand values.
Analytics & Reporting
Measure campaign effectiveness using GA4, Mixpanel, and Meta Analytics.
Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership and investors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–12 years of experience in growth or marketing roles for lifestyle, apparel, or fashion D2C brands.
Hands-on expertise with digital performance, CRM, retention, and brand marketing.
Proven success in scaling paid media budgets and improving unit economics (CAC/LTV).
Strong creative sensibility aligned with premium or aspirational lifestyle brands.
Analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation, metrics, and revenue growth.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or D2C setup preferred.
