About the Company
Our client is a fast-scaling D2C consumer brand operating across multiple digital and retail channels. With a strong product portfolio and aggressive expansion across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket, they are looking for a strategic Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to drive growth and category leadership on these platforms.
Role Overview
As the Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key platform partners, driving sales performance, improving visibility, and optimizing assortment and pricing strategy across instant delivery / Q-commerce channels.
This role requires strong analytical acumen, cross-functional coordination, and an understanding of online merchandising and performance levers in the quick commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Own P&L and business growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now.
Drive revenue, margin, and market share targets across assigned accounts.
Plan and execute monthly business plans in coordination with category and platform teams.
Platform Strategy & Execution
Manage day-to-day operations on Q-commerce platforms — listings, pricing, visibility, and inventory.
Collaborate with category managers on promotions, banner placements, and campaign planning.
Identify opportunities to increase SKU visibility through paid and organic levers.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze platform dashboards, sales reports, and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimize product mix, pricing, and marketing spends based on performance insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align trade promotions and marketing initiatives.
Negotiation & Relationship Building
Maintain strong relationships with platform category teams and negotiate visibility and promotional investments.
Act as the brand’s primary point of contact for all quick commerce partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce Sales, or Trade Marketing.
Prior experience working with Quick Commerce / E-grocery / FMCG / D2C categories is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of platform dashboards, visibility tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with sales data and performance metrics.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
