Role Description:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, developing strategies, and public relations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and communication of company to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Offline Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative offline marketing campaigns tailored to the F&B industry, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
● End-to-End Marketing Execution: Take ownership of the entire marketing process, including strategy creation, planning, execution, and monitoring for successful outcomes.
● Sales Growth Initiatives: Proactively create and implement marketing strategies that directly contribute to increasing revenue and expanding the brand’s presence in the market.
● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including magazine editors, media outlets, and other industry contacts, to generate promotional opportunities for the brand.
● Independent Contributor Role: Function independently, taking full responsibility for all aspects of marketing without reliance on a team.
● Networking in F&B Industry: Utilize existing connections or build new ones within the F&B sector to foster collaborations, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
● Strategic Thinking and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and take proactive steps to address challenges and seize opportunities for brand growth.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is preferred.
○ 3+ years of experience in a Marketing/PR role, preferably in F&B space.
○ Exceptional written and verbal communication.
○ Strong personality with quick decision making ability.
○ Analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
○ Ability to work independently and in a team.
