- Manage and oversee our Telegram channels and groups, ensuring active engagement and a positive community atmosphere.

- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from members in a timely and professional manner.

- Moderate the Telegram community to enforce guidelines and maintain a respectful and engaging environment.

- Develop and execute content strategies to grow and engage the Telegram community.

- Create and schedule engaging posts, including text, images, and multimedia to promote brand messages, product launches, and company updates.

- Drive user participation through polls, quizzes, and discussions to foster a vibrant community.

- Implement strategies to increase membership and activity in the Telegram group, including inviting influencers and running promotional campaigns.

- Address and resolve any negative issues or feedback within the community promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience managing Telegram communities and other social media platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of Telegram’s features, trends, and best practices.

- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in social media.

- Immediate Joiner preferred
