Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 

This role will write, design, edit and publish content across

EI’s communication platforms (web, blogs, social, email,

video and intranet).
Interview subject matter experts to develop messages that
generate interest in our products and positions EI as a
thought leader.
Content assignments will include collaborating with
multiple groups to develop visuals and copy to be used in
blog posts, articles, social media posts, infographics,
website text and other related content.
Create clear and compelling online content that is SEO
friendly/web optimized with compelling headlines and
calls-to-action
Proactively bringing new ideas


Must Haves

Must be a fast and versatile creative content developer

skilled across a variety of platforms, with excellent design,


writing and editing skills.


Digital thought leadership, and subject matter expertise on
digital platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin,
Youtube.
Proficiency with multiple design tools including Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Capable of developing highly effective, targeted copy, with
ability to adapt style, tone, and voice for a variety of
audiences and marketing channels.

Perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that
requires meeting time-sensitive deadlines with a great deal
in coordination with multiple


Preferred

Our ideal candidate will have both an editorial mindset and
visual layout/design skills, with experience creating and
adapting content for a variety of channels and audiences.

Proactively generate new ideas, have a can-do attitude
and are willing to explore topics with vigor and a sense of
ownership
Must be energetic, driven, collaborative, and a master of
using written and visual communication to inspire and
inform your target audiences.


Additional skills (Advantage)

Multimedia/video editing and production skills are a plus.


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations,
Communications, Design or related field

Experience

5+ years digital marketing experience, specifically including
developing and executing social media strategy, creating digital
content and data analysis.
