1. Talent Aquisition management 

2. Helping in scaling the team size of the company 

3. Ensure quality of new hires 

4. Manage the end to end talent acquisition .

5. Develop Drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit employees accorss levels and from respective candidate pools 

6. Monitor progress against the hiring and recruiting plans, and identifying ongoing areas for improvements and associated actions. 

7.Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operating plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives 

8.Establish strategy for improving quality of hire and retention of new hires 

9.Conduct interviews and drive hiring process with metrics to measure results. 

9.Manage Talent Acquisition budgets for present and future needs 10.Support leadership efforts to drive recruitment performance and effectiveness. 

11.Monitor and review recruiting KPIs, using this to identify opportunities for improving performance results within the business
