To ensure academic and operational excellence of schools in their respective regions which includes flawless implementation of the product, smooth running of administrative tasks, leading and mentoring of the team and adhering and excelling business goals and objectivesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing the everyday operations and functions of Company product Implementation, Customer Support, Test Execution.
Implementation of Company Product systems to assist and deliver quality services. Ensure quality processes are in place for all divisions specific to their project requirements.
Understanding the training requirements of customers to finalize the design of the program, schedule, billing milestones and managing the programs end to end.
Enabling the sales team with proposals and presenting the solutions at school with demos and sample deliverables to finalize the deals.
Meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. Continuous monitoring of revenue accruals. Approving the budgets and managing the costs, Timely billing and collections.
.Develop change management strategies, conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and devise appropriate plans.
Prepare and Conduct wide variety of workshop on Pedagogy,
Managing team and assigning appropriate Schools to team members.
To take ownership of implementation process with clients/customers
Performing Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, Risk analysis, and Cost/Benefit analysis
Customer relationship management
Managing individual targets and academic excellence of own Accounts/schools
