Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this
role, you will be responsible for driving growth, retaining accounts, and managing a team of
Strategic Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account
management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategies:
● Develop and execute growth strategies to increase order volume and expand into new
cities or outlets.
● Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion
and optimization.
2. Retention of Accounts:
● Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key accounts.
● Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and address any issues or
concerns proactively.
3. Team Management:
● Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers, providing guidance and
support to drive performance and achieve targets.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to foster
professional development.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
● Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align
account
● management strategies with overall business objectives.
● Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of account
plans
● and deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 4-5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably in the
e-commerce, logistics, or B2B SAAS sector.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
● Strong leadership skills with 1-2 years of experience in team management.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic
decisions.
● Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
