Bryt is a vertical SaaS startup in EdTech that is poised to transform education in India. There is a huge unmet
need of parents and school leaders in the low-cost budget school segment (~300K schools with 90M
children) to improve the quality of education delivered to students. Bryt addresses this problem by
providing a comprehensive ‘School Academic’ solution as a Service. Schools that partner with Bryt deliver
comprehensive education for pre primary and primary school students, with an emphasis on confidence,
communication, critical thinking skills, and social values. Our solution sets children up to be lifelong
learners. It creates social awareness and creates global citizens of the future.
We are leading the way in EdTech 3.0, which is student outcome based and hybrid by design. Our customers
are Affordable Private Schools (APS). Our comprehensive offering includes textbooks, apps for teachers,
students, and school leaders, and on-site guidance with an Academic Coach. Improving education at scale
continues to be a real problem in India. Bryt is taking a fresh approach to solving this problem and is well
poised to transform education in India.

Academic Coaches in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This is a field role and will involve visiting schools in and
around the city at least 4 times a week. There will be travel to other cities involved based on the schools
that are allotted.

Roles and Responsibilities
Teacher Coaching & Training
● Work with teachers to make sure they are engaged and successful with our program.
● Observe, evaluate, and coach teachers during school visits using the Bryt methodology and
evaluation Rubric.
● Deliver in-person teacher training modules (virtual as needed) to improve teaching quality.
● Identify additional training needs and work with the Bryt training team to address these.
● Solicit feedback and input about the program directly from the teachers.
● Engage with children to evaluate learning outcomes. Work with the Bryt academic team if you see
any challenges/opportunities.
● Share the student outcomes data with School Leaders and work towards the student growth in a
systematic manner.
Customer Relationship Management
● Manage about 15-20 schools and drive the overall success of the program.
● Build and maintain cordial and professional relationships with school leaders, teachers, and parents
to ensure they are happy and successful with our program.
● Track the various dashboard metrics on a weekly basis and take action as needed.
● Adhere to Bryt guidelines on school visits and virtual connects with various stakeholders to help
them successfully run our program.
● Understand customer challenges and concerns and work with internal BRYT stakeholders to address
them appropriately.
● Get customer testimonials and referrals.
● Conduct Parent Orientations for schools and interact with parents.
● Ensure 100% of the schools are repeat customers.
Experience
● Required: Bachelor’s degree in any field
● Desirable: Experience teaching/working in govt/APS schools
● Desirable: Experience working with primary school children
● Desirable: Experience training teachers in APS/govt schools
Skills & Competencies
● Strong English verbal and written communication skills
● Hyderabad: Strong Telugu/Hindi verbal & written communication skills
● Bengaluru: Strong Kannada verbal & written communication skills
● Confident, energetic, cheerful, can-do attitude, and results-oriented
● Analytical & creative problem-solving skills
● Experience with productivity tools like Word, Excel, PPT etc.
● Passion for the K-12 education domain
