Roles and responsibilities -  
● Driving admissions and marketing as per the school targets.  
● Planning & execution of end to end offline & online marketing for the school 
● End to end point of contact for parents from enquiry, admission process, schooling years and 
pass out.  
● Managing, guiding, recruiting admissions and marketing team to achieve admissions target. 
● Ensuring enriched parents enriched experience as per Company vision and mission.  
● Addressing parents’ grievances, issues if any by extending best possible support from 
school’s end.  
● Planning and organizing parent engagement programs for the existing parent and ensure 
parents satisfaction through relationship building.  
● Admission lead generation through marketing initiatives, collaborations with playschools, 
corporates etc and converting them through counselling.  
● Organizing events and representing school at promotional activities and events.   
● Maintaining complete student records, data as per government regulations and affiliation 
norms.  
● Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, 
and resources. 
● Staying updated with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, and 
developments in education and financial aid in the city.  
Requirements - 
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in admissions & marketing in reputed schools 
● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred.  
● Graduation/ Post graduation degree. Marketing preferred 
● Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
● Strong planning and people reading skills 
● Ability to multitask and stay organized. Should take ownership and lead the projects.  
● Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions
