Purpose of the Job
Oversee the sales operation of the company in the assigned geographical area.
Principal Accountabilities
• Maintain and increase sales of company’s publications.
• Reach the sales targets and goals set for the area.
• Serve the needs of existing customers.
• Establish, maintain and expand the customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Periodic review of sales target for individual reps and the team as a whole.
• Hands-on training to sales team
• Monitor team’s performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
• Compile and analyze sales figures.
• Deal with major customer accounts
• Collect customer feedback and market research.
• Send fortnightly reports to supervising manager.
• Keep up-to-date with products and competitors.
• Collect dues on time
