Role Overview

​

We are seeking Associate Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will come from an agency or consultancy background, be proactive, and demonstrate strong communication and ownership skills. Key Responsibilities

​

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

​

Work on Non-IT mandates across diverse industries.

​

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

​

Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support.

​

Take complete ownership of mandates and deliver results within timelines.

​

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

​

Requirements

​

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (agency/consultancy background mandatory).

​

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.

​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to speak up and engage.

​

Strong sense of accountability and ownership in handling mandates.

​

Preferred: Prior experience working with startups.

​

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

​

Interview Process

​

Telephonic Call followed by form filling.

​

Virtual Interview followed by assignment submission.

​

Final Discussion with the leadership team.

​
