Role Overview

The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing community  engagement initiatives both online and offline. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining active communities, with a passion for learning and development. The person will be a part of the 0 to 1 journey for setting up the engagement funnel \s\s

Key Responsibilities
\s\s
• Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant community, encouraging interaction, participation, and a sense of belonging among members.\s\s
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and conduct online webinars, workshops, and offline meetups and events to engage community members and provide value-added  learning experiences.\s\s
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our community, including newsletters, announcements, and social media posts.\s\s
• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback collection process from community members to continuously improve the community experience and inform product development.\s\s
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of community initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\s\s
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\s\s
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in community management or a related role, preferably within the education, learning, or tech industry.\s\s
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and a high level of creativity and innovation.\s\s
• Characteristics: A people-person with the ability to connect and engage with diverse groups, a passion for learning and development, and a drive to create meaningful community experiences.\s\s
• Proficiency in social media platforms, online community tools, and analytics software.\s\s
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
