Role Overview\s\s
The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing community \s\s
engagement initiatives both online and offline. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic \s\s
thinking, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven \s\s
track record of building and maintaining active communities, with a passion for learning and \s\s
development. The person will be a part of the 0 to 1 journey for setting up the engagement funnel \s\s
for Tetr College of Business.\s\s
Key Responsibilities\s\s
• Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant community, \s\s
encouraging interaction, participation, and a sense of belonging among members.\s\s
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and conduct online webinars, workshops, and \s\s
offline meetups and events to engage community members and provide value-added \s\s
learning experiences.\s\s
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant \s\s
content that resonates with our community, including newsletters, announcements, and \s\s
social media posts.\s\s
• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback collection process from community members to \s\s
continuously improve the community experience and inform product development.\s\s
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to \s\s
gauge the effectiveness of community initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.\s\s
Qualifications\s\s
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\s\s
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in community management or a related role, preferably \s\s
within the education, learning, or tech industry.\s\s
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and project \s\s
management skills, and a high level of creativity and innovation.\s\s
• Characteristics: A people-person with the ability to connect and engage with diverse groups, \s\s
a passion for learning and development, and a drive to create meaningful community \s\s
experiences.\s\s
• Proficiency in social media platforms, online community tools, and analytics software.\s\s
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
