Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Creative Strategist will play a critical role in developing and executing creative strategies to enhance the institution’s brand identity, engagement, and outreach efforts. You will work closely with various departments to conceptualise and
implement innovative campaigns, initiatives, and content that resonate with our target
audience, drive student enrollment, and promote our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

● Develop Creative Strategies: Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic
departments to develop creative strategies aligned with the institution’s goals and
objectives.
● Brand Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of the institution’s
brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
● Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and produce compelling content including but not
limited to videos, graphics, social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials
that engage and resonate with our audience.
● Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather insights to
inform creative strategies and content development, staying abreast of industry best
practices and emerging technologies.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, writers,
digital marketers, and external agencies to bring creative concepts to life and drive
results.
● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of creative initiatives and
campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and
improvement.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. Master’s
degree preferred.
● Proven experience (4-7 years experience) in a creative strategy role, preferably in higher
education or a related industry.
● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
