Job Description:
Managing complete head office provider network operation spanning data, system & documentation.
Responsible for Pan India network consolidation vs expansion drive inclusive of Audit, Investigation, Payments, Savings & Negotiations
Strategic planning for timely accomplishment of operational goals with regular data insights, review and reporting of KPI to the management.
Preparing Daily and monthly MIS.
Generating various analysis on Third Party claims
Preparing & Uploading IIB reports of Third Party Claims.
Preparing IRDA QTR Reports and other regulatory reports.
Helping team members to resolve their IT related query by coordinating with the IT Team.
Preparing presentation of team’s performance on Quarterly basis.
Doing UATs for any changes made in the core system.
Preparing various compliance reports on a regular and as and when required basis..
