Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the Law School’s reputation, academic standards, and research output.
- Academic Excellence and Curriculum Development: Oversee the development, review, and accreditation of law programs to ensure high standards and relevance.
- Faculty Development and Management: Recruit, support, and develop a diverse faculty while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Student Recruitment and Success: Implement strategies to attract high-caliber law students and support their academic and professional growth.
- Financial Management and Fundraising: Manage the budget efficiently and lead fundraising efforts to support strategic priorities.
- Community Engagement and Legal Services: Foster partnerships to provide practical learning opportunities and contribute to community legal services.

Qualifications:
- Terminal degree in Law (LLM, JD, PhD).
- Distinguished record of academic and professional achievement in law.
- Significant experience in academic leadership within higher education.
- Strong strategic planning, budget management, and communication skills.
