About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on visual content creator who can do it all: shoot, design, edit, and bring ideas to life. Someone who’s as comfortable behind a camera as they are on a design file. From scroll-stopping reels to print-ready event creatives, you’ll shape how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
Shoot everything that moves (and some things that don’t) – from reels and product shots to behind-the-scenes and campaign content Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms Create concept statics – storyboards, sample layouts, and mockups Design digital assets – posts, carousels, stories, ads, emailers Design print material – menus, invites, standees, in-store branding Build and manage a content bank – sort, tag, and organise raw + edited assets for quick access Work closely with the Marketing Head – take briefs, share ideas, and create daily content that’s sharp, bold, and on-brand
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience across graphic design, video editing, and content creation
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or CapCut/Canva if you’re fast and clever) Experience creating content across formats: reels, posts, ads, product clips, stories A good eye for layout, type, colour, music, and motion Knows how to set up basic shots (phone or camera), organise folders, and deliver on time Bonus if you’ve worked in F&B, lifestyle, or DTC brands before
