About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Create and conduct engaging and informative digital marketing classes that incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activities to ensure student engagement and retention
2. Evaluate student projects to ensure they meet industry standards and provide personalised, constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and understanding
3. Conduct viva sessions to assess student understanding and comprehension of the course materials. You will evaluate each student’s ability to apply the concepts they have learned in real-world scenarios and provide feedback on their performance
4. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide feedback to students, and identify areas for improvement in the curriculum
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and trends in digital marketing, and incorporate this knowledge into course materials and instruction
6. Work with the placements team to provide guidance and support to students as they navigate their job search, including resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, and career coaching
7. Train the TA’s to take the doubt sessions and for project evaluations

Skill(s) required:-

Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Online Teaching, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Teaching

Who can apply
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of industry work experience in digital marketing or a related field. Teaching experience is a plus

2. In-depth knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing, including Blogging & Google Analytics, Content & Email Marketing, SEO, Google Search, Display & Ads, and Social Media Marketing

3. Knowledge of AI tools like, Copilot, Adobe Firefly, Optimo, Perplexity, Chatgpt and Gemini

4. Passion for teaching and a desire to impart practical knowledge to students

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all levels

6. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design is a plus

7. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools will be an added advantage

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
