👩🏻💻 About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Enterprise sales team where you are expected to reach out to the strategic accounts with an employee size of greater than 3000.
Key responsibilities:
- The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives to effectively present Internshala Enterprise’s recruitment and talent engagement solutions
- Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis
- Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect
- Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume
- Schedule web demos, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads
