This is a 0-1 business and would require you to drive the entire strategy, execution and own the P&L for this business line.
Onboard and coordinate with different country leads to generate demand and fulfil mandates from these countries.
Devise the right frameworks for identifying the right talent, training them and deploying them.
Working with product and design teams to develop necessary collaterals and digital infrastructure to support the business line.

You have an entrepreneurial bent of mind and are comfortable leading a 0-1 project
You have demonstrated strong growth mindset and have been responsible for significant P*L growth
You possess strong first principle thinking and can structure open-ended complex problems really well – prior consulting, investment banking or strategy stint in a high growth startup would be a plus.
You have excellent communication and meticulous organizational skills.
You have worked at a company for at least 5 years, be it your own or in a job
Having access to a strong network, such as through college alumni connections or prior experience in fields like investment banking would be a big plus
