We are hiring passionate and driven Field Sales Executives to join our EB-I (Education Business – BFSI) team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in education sales and a strong desire to work in a performance-driven field sales role. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and driving growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the BFSI domain for education-related products and services.

Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, training centers, and other institutions.

Explain product offerings and solutions, conduct demos/presentations, and close deals.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track and report daily activities, leads, and conversions to the reporting manager.

Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory: Prior experience in education sales (edtech, training services, coaching institutes, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field sales and local travel.

Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in the local language; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
