Job Description- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) analyst

 Location: Bangalore
 Scope of the role
 ● Coordinate for all client audits with the internal teams
 ● Conductinternal audits for MoveInSync One transport operations
 ● Maintain the risk scorecard for all MoveInSync One sites by conducting audits on the
 MoveInSync software
 Responsibilities
 ● Abletounderstand MoveInSync SaaS product and conduct audits on the right usage of the
 software to reduce risk exposure
 ● Implementandtrack adherence to internal audit policies and procedures
 ● Executeaudits of business units, client sites and processes as per the audit calendar.
 ● Conductadhocinvestigations on client sites into identified or reported risks
 ● Reviewcompliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures.
 ● Communicatefindings and recommendations for corrective actions.
 ● Presentaudit results to stakeholders and agree timelines for recommendation implementation.
 Maintain and update audit trackers, manuals, and tools.
 ● Implementation and monitoring of governance controls identified.
 ● Calculate &publish the risk scorecards on a monthly basis to clients
 Desired skills
 ● 2-3yearsexperience in conducting / facing internal audits and closing the internal audit findings
 ● Stronganalytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail needed
 ● Priorexperience in maintaining risk registers, closure of internal audit findings is preferred
 ● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team.
