Role Overview:
As the Head of Offline Centers, you will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and managing all physical learning centers across India. This role blends operational excellence, business leadership, and academic oversight to ensure smooth functioning, profitability, and student satisfaction at each center.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Expansion
Define and execute the expansion roadmap for offline centers in targeted cities.
Identify strategic locations based on market demand, student density, and competitor mapping.
Collaborate with real estate and facility teams for location finalization and setup.
2. Center Operations Management
Lead end-to-end center operations including infrastructure, administration, logistics, and compliance.
Implement SOPs and operational guidelines for consistent experience across all centers.
Drive student admissions, classroom management, and student-parent support systems.
3. Business & P&L Ownership
Own the P&L for all offline centers; optimize costs and maximize center-level profitability.
Monitor center-wise performance, budget utilization, and revenue targets.
Lead monthly and quarterly review mechanisms to track KPIs.
4. Academic Delivery Oversight
Coordinate with academic teams to ensure high-quality content delivery and pedagogy.
Recruit, onboard, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
Oversee academic scheduling, attendance, and feedback systems.
5. Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a multi-functional team including Center Heads, Operations Executives, and Support Staff.
Design training and performance management processes for center teams.
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Student Experience & Brand Building
Ensure a superior student experience through efficient services and academic guidance.
Lead student engagement initiatives such as parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and test analysis sessions.
Represent the organization in community outreach and branding efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
8–15 years of experience in operations, business leadership, or center management roles (preferably in EdTech, education, retail, or franchise businesses).
Proven track record of scaling offline operations across geographies.
Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for education and strong understanding of the competitive exam landscape.
Willingness to travel extensively and manage multi-location operations.
