• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies for engaging prospective students, \s\s
enhancing the pre-admission experience, and ensuring a high rate of offer acceptance.\s\s
• Experience Curation: Develop and curate personalized student experiences that align with it’s ethos and \s\s
educational objectives, ensuring students feel supported and engaged throughout their academic journey.\s\s
• Innovation and Engagement: Identify and implement innovative methods of student engagement to foster a \s\s
strong sense of community and belonging among students.\s\s
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a cohesive \s\s
student experience. Lead a team dedicated to student engagement and experience.\s\s
• Feedback and Improvement: Establish mechanisms for regular feedback from students and other stakeholders, \s\s
using insights gained to continually enhance the student experience.\s\s
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a key ambassador, promoting the school’s values and \s\s
programs through various channels and events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience in student affairs, student engagement, or a related field, preferably within a higher 
education context.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
