Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the administration of HR processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as benefits enrollment, leave management, and policy clarification.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with candidate communications.
Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support the implementation and adoption of HR systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on HR policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
