About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate – Influencer Management, Coordination & Brand Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer management and brand marketing, who thrives on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and building impactful influencer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Management
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Coordinate influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and performance tracking.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencer partners and agencies.
Monitor and measure campaign ROI using tools and analytics dashboards.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with design, content, social media, PR, performance marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals.
Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Brand Marketing
Support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, including both online and offline activities.
Assist in content ideation, asset creation, and distribution across digital channels (email, social, web, etc.).
Contribute to GTM (go-to-market) strategies for new product/features.
Vendor & Partner Management
Scout and collaborate with external vendors and brand partners for co-branded campaigns and activations.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure campaign success through tight coordination
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and derive insights to optimize future initiatives.
Maintain dashboards and present campaign reports to internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or campaign execution.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic marketing metrics.
Passion for marketing trends, influencer culture, and content strategy.
