Duties and Responsibilities:
-  Responsible for providing a conducive learning environment for the mapped set of learners.
-  Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners in a timely manner
-  Interact and engage with the learners to keep them on track in their learning progress
-  Monitor weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning management system
- Motivate learners to participate actively in classes and other activities.
- Target zero drop-out rate of learners.
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years’ experience in relevant / related field
- Experience in Banks (customer care) / ITES / Insurance firm will be added advantage

Skill and Competencies
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with leaners
- Strong command over written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and initiator
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Computer literacy, strong and well versed with Office tools including Spreadsheets/Word/ PPT
- Knowledge or experience in other technology tools is an added advantage

Working Days – 6 Days 
Timings can be in 3 shifts – 8:30 AM to 5:30 AM / 9 AM to 6 PM / 10 AM – 7 PM
