Job Description

Job Summary:
As the Marketing Director, you will be a key leader in defining and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the university’s visibility and student engagement. This role encompasses managing SEO, branding and communication, social media, organic lead generation, and email marketing, ensuring all elements work seamlessly to promote the institution’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:
Direct both the internal SEO team and external agencies to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
Develop and enforce SEO strategies, focusing on keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
Regularly analyze SEO metrics and adjust strategies to enhance performance.
Branding and Communication:
Lead the branding and communication efforts across all media to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Work with the in-house creative team to produce timely and innovative advertising campaigns and creatives.
Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, focusing on improving ad responses and click-through rates.
Ensure that all school print materials, including the prospectus, are current, professionally maintained, and aligned with the latest university offerings and achievements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy that includes press releases, feature articles, and promotional materials to elevate the university’s profile.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the management of University’s social media profiles, such as Instagram and Facebook.
Guide the filmmaking team in documenting in-house events and crafting compelling content that enhances the institute’s social media presence.
Strategize to boost engagement and followers through targeted content and interactive initiatives.
Organic Lead Generation:
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to boost organic lead acquisition through the website, chat interactions, organic calls, and direct visits.
Innovate in digital user engagement to improve conversion rates and user experience on online platforms.
Email Marketing Oversight:
Direct the email marketing strategy and oversee the email marketing specialist to maximize engagement and conversion rates from campaigns.
Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to target messages effectively to different audience segments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in the education sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, social media, brand management, and performance marketing.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
Strong capability to foster creativity and innovation within a team.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
