We are looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Head to spearhead all marketing initiatives for our organization. The ideal candidate will enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster community engagement through innovative campaigns, data-driven strategies, and multi-channel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Design innovative and impactful campaigns to attract top-tier audiences and engage stakeholders.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee the organization’s digital presence, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure high ROI.

Partnerships & Events:

Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and marketing partners.

Organize impactful events, webinars, and collaborations to enhance brand reach and reputation.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Experience: At least 8 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in sectors like education, consulting, or services.
